The fine print, in plain words

Shipping & delivery

We offer two ways to get your order. We don't currently offer pickup.

  • Local delivery: we deliver within 20 miles of ZIP code 22551 for a flat $15 fee. Delivery is free on orders of $100 or more.
  • Shipping: starter kits and supplies ship within 3 to 5 business days. Live plants ship early in the week so they never sit in a warehouse over a weekend. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Refunds

  • Live plants: if a clone arrives damaged or unhealthy, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you. We can't refund plants that fail after the first 7 days, since growing conditions vary.
  • Kits and supplies: unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a refund, minus shipping.
  • Memberships: cancel anytime before your next billing date. We don't refund partial months.
  • Checkups and classes: reschedule free with 24 hours' notice.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to fill your order, deliver services, and send emails you've signed up for: your name, contact details, shipping address, and order history. We never sell your information.

Payments are processed by Shopify, and we never see your full card number. Email us at katharticva@gmail.com or use our contact form anytime to see, correct, or delete your information.

Terms

You must be 21 or older to buy from Kathartic VA. Our products are hemp and growing supplies. You're responsible for following the laws where you live and grow, including Virginia's hemp grower registration requirement.

Monthly giveaway rules

  • No purchase necessary. A purchase does not improve your chance of winning.
  • Open to legal U.S. residents 21 and older. Void where prohibited.
  • To enter free, email katharticva@gmail.com with "Giveaway" in the subject line, once per month. Grow Buddy members are entered automatically.
  • One winner is picked at random on the last day of each month and notified by email.
  • The prize and its approximate value are announced each month on our Instagram and email list.
